Landing 2026 reconstructs a staircase and landing from the artist's former childhood home in
Clapton. Within its structure is incorporated a dismantled 70's cupboard collected during daily
commutes to Central Saint Martins. Sounds from below can be heard such as familial voices.
Previewed here as a prototype for the final MA Show the installation blends remembered
spaces with anonymous memories embedded in salvaged items, combining the personal and
collective history of the area he grew up in.
The platform invites the audience to experience it as a performative space/
stage, podium or even some kind of springboard.
