This installation is an investigation into rhythm and requires human interaction. The lead bell is a light sculptural form, there is a speaker housed in it's base, it is rung by swinging it. Two other bell sounds of different pitches automatically follow it's course. These are two computers with speakers and microphone that are programmed to respond and interact with the lead bell and each other using change ringing techniques. The result is a unique rhythm of bells for each participant.
